Where is Hawari Bazaar yarn dyed?

All Hawari Bazaar yarn is dyed in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home studio. 

Is your yarn colorfast?

Yes, all of my colorways are guaranteed colorfast.

The label says colors may bleed, is this true?

While all yarn is thoroughly rinsed until waters run clear, it is not uncommon to have excess dye bleed out during the first few washes. This is especially common with deep, saturated colors, such as reds, blacks, and deep blues. 

It is recommended to wash these garments seperately, in lukewarm water, with a gentle detergent and lay them flat to dry.

It is best to test your hand dyed yarn to see if it will bleed before pairing it with lighter colors. One way to do this is to drop a small cutting of the yarn in a jar of lukewarm water and see if any color leeches out.

How do I care for my Hawari Bazaar yarn?

At this time, all Hawari Bazaar yarns are superwash and are machine washable, however, it is highly recommended that you handwash and lay your garments flat to dry.

Shipping

Can you combine orders to save me on shipping costs?

Unfortunately, due to high volume of orders, I do not combine multiple seperate orders.

I live outside of the U.S. Can you mark the order as 'gift', or modify the 'product value' to save me on custom charges?

Legally, all international packages must be properly marked, and will not be labeled as 'gift' or have value adjustments. 

All buyers are responsible for shipping and/or additional costs, taxes and fees.

When will my order ship?

All ready-to-ship orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

All dyed-to-order skeins will ship out within 1-2 weeks of purchase.
